5 Women-Led Climate Tech Firms in India Will Receive Support from Cisco and Villgro

<p>To assist development of five women-led enterprises focused on climate change in the nation, social enterprise incubator Villgro and networking major Cisco India established an initiative. They have planned to provide Rs 1 Cr in cash assistance (up to Rs 20 Lakh per startup). In the areas of renewable energy, water and waste management, and climate-smart agriculture, the accelerator programme "TVARAN" will support forthcoming women-led climate solution firms.</p>
