Adobe acquires marketing workflow management startup Workfront for $1.5B
<p>Adobe to acquire Utah based work management platform for marketers Workfront, for $1.5 bn. The acquisition of Workfront, a long-standing partner of Adobe, will bring efficiency, collaboration, productivity gains to marketing teams and consolidate Adobe&#39;s expertise in customer experience management. Workfront CEO Alex Shootman will continue to lead the Workfront team. Adobe and Workfront have a base of over 1,000 shared customers.</p>
