Over 10,000 Mississippi residents have launched a class-action lawsuit against Elon Musk’s xAI and its parent company, SpaceX. The federal suit alleges that a $20 billion, gas-turbine power plant in Southaven, built to fuel xAI's data centers, blasts "omnipresent and inescapable" noise and vibrations 24/7. Plaintiffs claim the constant disruption has damaged their health and cratered home values, demanding damages and a share of the tech giants' profits.
