Amazon India Cuts FY25 Losses by 90%

Amazon's main marketplace unit in India, Amazon Seller Services, drastically reduced its FY25 losses by nearly 90% to ₹374 crore. This financial turnaround was driven by reining in operating expenses, particularly on advertising and employee costs. Meanwhile, the unit's operating revenue increased by 19% to ₹30,139 crore, showing growth despite a moderating e-commerce sector.
