American investment firm KKR invests Rs 11,376 Cr in Jio platforms

<p>World's leading financial investor, KKR, announced an investment of Rs 11,376 Cr in Reliance Jio platforms. The fifth investment values Jio platforms at Rs 4.91 L Cr equity value and Rs 5.16 L Cr enterprise value. Being KKR’s largest Asian investment, it will translate into a 2.32% equity stake in Jio Platforms on a fully diluted basis. Facebook and other leading tech-investors also announced an aggregate investment of Rs 78,562 Cr in Jio.<br />
