Anysphere, the developer of AI-powered coding assistant Cursor, has secured $900 million in funding, elevating its valuation to $9.9 billion. Led by Thrive Capital with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and DST Global, this marks Anysphere's third funding round within a year. The company's annual recurring revenue has exceeded $500 million, doubling approximately every two months, driven by its tiered subscription model and recent expansion into enterprise licensing.
