Around 40% of Indian workers are set to quit their jobs due to poor technology at work, according to a report by Adobe. The report states that poor technology tools are costing companies up to six months of working hours a year. The report also highlights that the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital tools, but many companies are still struggling to keep up with the pace of change. The report recommends that companies invest in technology to improve employee productivity & retention.
