Google parent Alphabet has mandated investment banks to arrange its first-ever Australian dollar bond offering as it scales up global capital-raising efforts for AI infrastructure. Joint bookrunner ANZ confirmed the proposed deal could span up to four tranches with maturities reaching 20 years, allowing the tech giant to diversify beyond the U.S. dollar debt market.
