BCG Expands Workforce Amid Surging Demand for AI Services

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) increased its workforce by 1,000 employees in 2024, bringing the total to 33,000, driven by a 10% revenue growth to $13.5 billion. This surge is attributed to heightened demand for AI-related services, which now constitute 20% of BCG's income. CEO Christoph Schweizer highlighted that many CEOs seek assistance in deriving value from their AI investments, positioning BCG to address this need.
