Windrose Technology, an electric truck manufacturer founded by Wen Han, embodies a blend of international influences: backed by investors from Australia, the U.S., and China, and headquartered in Belgium. Leveraging China's strengths in electric vehicle production, Windrose aims to penetrate global markets, including the United States. Han plans to file for an initial public offering in New York to raise at least $400 million.
