Eat Just bags $25M in funding, gets Alibaba's help selling alternative proteins in China

<p>Eat Just was granted a strategic partnership and $25M by C2 Capital Partners, a private equity company with Alibaba as its anchor investor. The partnership with C2 will benefit the company's Chinese regulatory approach, employment practices, branding, and go-to-market tactics. In particular, the startup will profit from Alibaba's customer insight database and its expertise in creating a team from scratch in China.</p>
