Fast-fashion giant Shein is targeting a $30 billion to $40 billion valuation for its upcoming Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO), which could launch as early as mid-to-late August. After failed listing attempts in New York and London due to regulatory hurdles, the Chinese-founded company secured approval from Beijing regulators, though its sought valuation marks a sharp drop from its peak $98.2 billion valuation in 2022.
