Gensol Promoters Resign Amid SEBI Probe; BluSmart Begins Shutting Down Operations

Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi, promoters of Gensol Engineering, have resigned from their directorial positions following a Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) interim order alleging financial misconduct and fund diversion. SEBI's investigation revealed that the promoters misused company funds for personal luxuries, including a high-end apartment and a ₹26-lakh golf set.
