Global Giant Goes AI: HCLTech Bags Massive $1.14 Billion Tech Upgrade

Indian IT major HCLTech has secured a blockbuster $1.14 billion "net-new" contract with an unnamed Europe-headquartered Fortune Global 50 company. Running from July 2026 through December 2031, the five-and-a-half-year deal will see HCLTech deploy an AI-driven operating model to overhaul and manage the European giant’s global digital workplace and enterprise networks, triggering a sharp surge in HCLTech's stock price.
