InsuranceDekho Set to Acquire Banksathi in majority stake Deal

InsuranceDekho, backed by TVS Capital and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, is acquiring a majority stake in BankSathi, a credit marketplace. This deal will provide liquidity to angel investors and enable InsuranceDekho to expand its capabilities in selling credit products. It will be InsuranceDekho's third acquisition after buying IRSS and Verak in 2023.
