Insurtech RenewBuy Secures $10M from Apis Partners & 360 One Amid Merger

Gurgaon-based RenewBuy raised $10 million (₹86 crore) from existing investors Apis Partners and 360 One during its ongoing merger talks with InsuranceDekho. The capital will support business expansion and operations pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2014, the insurtech—valued at around $324 million—has raised $141 million to date and reported ₹410 crore revenue with a ₹114 crore net loss in FY24.
