Israel Seizes $1.5M in Crypto from 187 Wallets Linked to Iran’s IRGC

Israel’s Ministry of Defense has ordered the seizure of 187 crypto wallets allegedly tied to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), accusing them of using the funds for severe terror-related activities. Though these wallets have received $1.5 billion over time in Tether (USDT), their current balance stands around $1.5 million. Blockchain firm Elliptic notes that not all addresses are definitively owned by the IRGC.
