Jobandtalent Raises $103M at $1.5B Valuation to Expand AI-Powered Temp Hiring

Jobandtalent, a Madrid-based "workforce as a service" platform, has secured $103 million in a Series F funding round, bringing its valuation to $1.5 billion—a decrease from its previous $2.35 billion valuation in 2021. Investors include Atomico, BlackRock, and Kinnevik. The company plans to use the funds to scale internationally and enhance its AI capabilities, notably through its recruitment agent, Clara, which has conducted 180,000 interviews leading to 7,000 hires.
