Lenskart Set for Rs 7,300 Crore IPO Launch
Eyewear retailer Lenskart has filed its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) and will launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 7,300 crore on October 31, closing on November 4. The issue, which values the company at approximately Rs 70,000 crore, includes a fresh issue of Rs 2,150 crore and a large Offer-for-Sale portion. Lenskart recently turned profitable, reporting a net profit of Rs 61 crore in the April-June quarter.
