Lenskart's upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) is set at a price band of ₹382 to ₹402 per share, aiming to raise ₹7,278 crore in total. The issue, which opens October 31, includes a ₹2,150 crore fresh issue for expansion and an Offer For Sale (OFS). Notably, the company reported a major financial turnaround, achieving a net profit of ₹297 crore in FY25, reversing the previous year's loss.
