M2P Fintech company acquires cloud lending platform Finflux

<p>To forward its digital lending and neo-credit initiatives, API infrastructure startup M2P Fintech has acquired cloud lending provider Finflux from Bengaluru. Although the deal's financials were not made public, it is understood to have cost $15–20M in cash and shares. Since its founding in 2014, M2P Fintech has made four acquisitions. The company anticipates that this purchase will hasten the introduction of safe and scalable digital lending solutions.</p>
