M&S Resumes UK Online Orders After 46-Day Cyberattack Shutout

Marks & Spencer has resumed online orders for select clothing ranges across England, Scotland, and Wales, following a 46-day suspension due to a cyberattack that began April 22 and halted ordering on April 25. Click‑and‑collect, next‑day delivery, and Northern Ireland orders will restart in waves. The breach, which exploited a third‑party supplier, is expected to shave about £300 million off 2025/26 operating profit, partially offset by insurance and cost controls.
