Oyo’s parent company, Oravel Stays, officially changed its corporate name to Prism, signaling a new global brand architecture that unites its diverse hospitality and travel-tech portfolio—including hotels, vacation homes, coworking and celebration spaces—under a cohesive identity. The rebrand supports its strategic vision and coincides with preparations for a third IPO, targeting a valuation between $6–7 billion.
