Paytm Cloud Invests $1 Million for 25% Stake in U.S.-Based Seven Technology

Paytm Cloud, a subsidiary of One 97 Communications, has invested $1 million (approximately ₹8.7 crore) to acquire a 25% stake in U.S.-based Seven Technology, the parent company of Brazil's embedded finance startup Dinie. Dinie enables e-commerce platforms to offer digital financial services to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Brazil. This strategic investment aims to enhance Paytm's understanding of the Brazilian merchant landscape and explore new market opportunities.
