QED, a fintech investor, would invest $500M in Indian startups

<p>Sandeep Patil, partner and head of Asia at QED Investors, announced that the fintech firm will invest up to $500M in Indian startups over the next three years. The venture capital firm has defined itself as a multi-series investor, investing in pre-seed, seed, series A, B, and growth-stage companies. The fintech-focused capital firm has already invested $150M in the country is prepared to write checks ranging from $1M to $40-$50M to support fintech startups, Patil added.</p>
