Humanoid robot maker Boston Dynamics won't pursue an IPO in 2027, according to company executives. Despite growing hype around physical AI, parent company Hyundai is prioritizing real-world commercial viability, focusing on factory deployment and scaling mass production of its electric Atlas humanoid to 30,000 annual units by around 2028 before going public.
