Rentomojo Appoints IIFL & Motilal Oswal as Bankers for FY27 IPO

Bengaluru-based furniture rental startup Rentomojo has selected IIFL and Motilal Oswal as investment bankers for its planned initial public offering (IPO) in FY27. The company is targeting its public offering after achieving its fourth consecutive profitable year in fiscal 2025, estimating a net profit of ₹40 crore, up from ₹22.1 crore in FY24.
