Rural Commerce Startup Rozana Secures $30 Million, Valuation Hits $200 Million

Rural-focused omnichannel retail platform Rozana has raised $30 million in a new funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments and Fireside Ventures. This investment more than doubles the company’s valuation to nearly $200 million. Operating across 21,000 villages in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, Rozana plans to use the fresh capital to upgrade its technology infrastructure.
