SiMa.ai Raises $150M at $1.45B Valuation to Power the Next Wave of Physical AI

Physical AI chip startup SiMa.ai has raised $150 million in Series C funding, reaching a $1.45 billion valuation. Its energy-efficient chips and software let robots, drones, cameras and vehicles run AI directly on-device instead of relying on the cloud. The funding will support next-generation chips and expansion into humanoid robotics, automotive systems and drones.
