Singapore-based SixSense has secured $8.5 million in Series A funding—led by Peak XV’s Surge with participation from Alpha Intelligence Capital and FEBE—bringing total capital to $12 million. Its no-code AI platform ingests fab-floor data (defect images, equipment signals) to deliver real-time alerts, root-cause analysis, and failure predictions. Deployed at GlobalFoundries and JCET, it’s processed over 100 million chips, boosting yield by up to 2% and cutting manual inspections by 90%.
