Tata Technologies Acquires Germany’s ES-Tec Group for €75 Million

Tata Technologies has agreed to acquire 100% of ES-Tec Group (Germany) for €75 million (≈ ₹775 crore), including performance-based earn-outs over two years. ES-Tec, based in Wolfsburg, specialises in ADAS, connected driving, and digital engineering with a workforce of over 300. The deal is expected to be EPS-accretive by the first full year and strengthens Tata Tech’s capabilities in next-generation automotive engineering.
