ASML has cemented its near-monopoly on advanced chipmaking equipment as key customers—including Intel, Samsung, and TSMC—embrace its next-generation High-NA EUV lithography systems. With Intel already deploying the technology, Samsung planning adoption by 2028, and TSMC targeting 2030, ASML and its partners are now spearheading a new 12-inch photomask initiative to boost fab productivity by 40% for future AI hardware.
