Uber Technologies has filed a lawsuit against DoorDash, accusing the rival food delivery service of anticompetitive practices that increase costs for restaurants and consumers. The lawsuit, filed in California state superior court, alleges that DoorDash coerces restaurants into exclusive partnerships by threatening higher commission rates if they also collaborate with Uber Eats.
