Vantage Data Centers Raises $1.6B for Major Asia-Pacific Expansion

Vantage Data Centers secured a $1.6 billion investment led by sovereign wealth funds GIC and ADIA, aimed at accelerating its Asia-Pacific data center platform. Part of the funding will go toward acquiring Yondr Group’s hyperscale campus in Johor, Malaysia (>300 MW), named JHB1. Once fully developed, the campus adds significantly to Vantage’s footprint, bringing its total APAC capacity to 1 GW.
