Mumbai-based multi-stage venture platform Venture Catalysts has raised ₹150 crore (≈ $18 million) through a balanced mix of primary and secondary share transactions, achieving a $200 million post-money valuation. The fresh capital will fund leadership expansion, launch new funds, and accelerate technology upgrades—especially AI-enabled tools for due diligence and limited partner reporting—while supporting geographic expansion across India’s startup hubs.
