Zetwerk Sues Ayr Energy Over Trade Secrets Theft

Manufacturing unicorn Zetwerk has filed a $100 million lawsuit against General Catalyst-backed Ayr Energy in Texas, alleging the theft and misuse of its trade secrets and confidential business data. The suit claims former Zetwerk executives, hired by Ayr Energy (incorporated while an executive was still employed), used proprietary information like pricing and supply chain frameworks to rapidly grow Ayr's operations.
