76% of young employees want 4 working days week

<p>Priorities of young Indians go as follows; career stability and security (94%), opportunities for additional qualifications, training (93%), and quality tech provisions (92%). A survey from Citrix says 76% Born digital wish for 4 days working week, 22% want the option to decide the start and end of their day, and 4% wish for output-based working. While a remote working model is preferable, 86% understand social interaction is important for business.</p>
