Taiwanese interconnect specialist BizLink Holding has agreed to acquire Singapore-based Interplex Datacom from Blackstone for $850 million in cash, with an additional $50 million tied to performance milestones. The blockbuster deal marks BizLink’s largest acquisition to date.
