FedEx expresses need for digital transformation in supply chains

<p><strong>FedEx President and COO, Raj Subramaniam said that we need to rethink from the perspective of digital capabilities and take advantage of data available. He emphasized the importance of the supply chain being the backbone of the global economy. Subramaniam also said that the fragility of the global economy is evident due to the pandemic. He feels there is a need for a smarter and resilient supply chain and this can be achieved through digital transformation.</strong></p>
