How AirAsia is creating zero-touch flying experience

<p>AirAsia was working to create a zero-touch experience even before corona. The airlines had already implemented a first in industry self-bag drop facility at Bangalore airport. For baggage check-in, travellers could tag their bags themselves. The airline would later share a baggage confirmation SMS. Web check-in ensure touchless boarding. Facial biometrics replaced the traditional security checkpoints documentation.</p>
