Cards for purchase of food, beverages etc on board increases passenger convenience. 3. High-end tech-back up manages thousands of complex customer queries. 4. AirAsia’s Virtual Allstar (AVA) app handles 80% of customer requests (ticket booking, flight status etc) across all major social media platforms – WhatsApp, Facebook etc.</p>
