Insights into Taj Group’s plans to offer touch-free hospitality services
<p>The Group has deployed IHCL&rsquo;s Zero-Touch Service Transformation digital solutions suite across its brands &ndash; Taj, Vivanta, SeleQtions. It enables zero-touch check-in&rsquo;s/check-outs, digital invoicing, online payment options, digital menus etc for guests. They&rsquo;re also upgrading room locks to support Bluetooth 4.0 tech, to enable keyless room entry via mobile app. Zero-touch options are also extended to employees; e.g. - facial recognition for attendance.</p>
