Raj Subramaniam of FedEx explains how digital transformation help create better supply chain

<p>FedEx COO Raj Subramaniam said that digital transformation is needed to make the global supply chain smarter and more reliable. "Let us rethink all of our digital skills and seize this huge data-driven potential. As the pandemic has shown, supply chains are the backbone of the global economy," he said. Addressing the Nasscom leadership summit online, he also stated that the global economy's fragility has become obvious as a result of the ongoing COVID disruptions.</p>
