Indian Railways launched RailOne on July 1, 2025 — a unified app for Android and iOS that combines ticket booking, train tracking, PNR status, coach location, meal ordering, and complaint redressal. It replaces multiple older apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTS, NTES, and Food on Track.
