PhonePe co-founder Rahul Chari outlined an outcome-driven AI strategy built to turn complex fintech services into frictionless, conversational experiences for a billion users. By replacing icon grids with voice-led natural-language interfaces, edge-cloud privacy models, and automated merchant tools, PhonePe aims to serve intent over demographics. Simultaneously, over 200 internal AI agents automate 92% of support tickets and 80% of fraud checks.
