Going Digital for Defense: US Mandates Online Filings for Key Immigration Forms

The US Department of Homeland Security has introduced an Interim Final Rule allowing USCIS to require online filing for select immigration forms to bolster national security, speed up processing, and detect fraud. Forms available for e-filing for over 180 days can become mandatory with a 60-day public notice. Hardship-based e-filing waivers remain available.
