Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has filed a massive civil lawsuit against TikTok, accusing the platform of openly defying the state's strict minor safety laws.The state alleges that TikTok illegally allows children under 14 to create accounts and bypasses mandatory parental consent for 15- and 16-year-olds. The complaint claims the app knowingly deploys addictive features and feeds graphic, mature content to minors while deceiving parents.
