Delhi Restaurateur Alleges Zomato Bias in Rider Allocation, CEO Responds
A Delhi-based restaurateur, Gagandeep Singh Sapra, publicly accused Zomato of "system-level bias" in rider allocation, showing his restaurant was repeatedly marked "unavailable" during peak hours while nearby outlets were operational. Sapra claimed the issue, persisting for 31 days, was ignored by internal teams.
