Former xAI engineer Devin Kim has sued the company and SpaceX, alleging he was wrongfully fired for raising safety warnings about the Grok chatbot.Kim flagged risks regarding discrimination, misinformation, and weapon-building help. Instead of addressing the guardrails, xAI co-founder Jimmy Ba allegedly dismissed the concerns and fired Kim, reportedly telling him, "AI will kill us all anyway."
