OpenAI is expanding its European headquarters in Dublin, adding 250 new jobs over the next two years to grow its team from 100 to 350 employees. To support this growth, the ChatGPT maker secured an 88,000-square-foot office in Silicon Docks, hiring across engineering, operations, and legal teams to meet surging regional demand.
